The Ride was Sept, 24 2011

At Carl Cannon Chevrolet in Jasper AL Map

What a beautiful day the Lord made for a Ride!!  The high was 80 and we had a breeze all day.

Thanks to all who participated.  Thanks to the vendors and volunteers.  Thanks to all who donated.

Big thanks to Jasper, Walker and Cullman Police departments for making this a safe ride.  Thanks to Saragossa and Mt. Zion Volunteer fire department for the escort front and rear.  Thanks to Ronald Sides for manning the recovery vehicle.

Special thanks to the core, you know who you are and I know where your hearts are.  These are the kind of people who just give expecting nothing in return.  They don't even care that their names aren't up in lights.  They didn't know the beneficiary, they didn't owe us anything and they didn't get paid (as a matter of fact they spent a lot of their own money).  That's the kind of people I want to surround myself with and that's the kind of person I want to be.

Thanks to Eric "Butterbean" Esch and Adam Hadder, stars of Investigation Discovery's Big Law: Deputy Butterbean for helping make the day special.

And don't forget to tell Carl Cannon Chevrolet how much you appreciate their support.
